Service Description
One hour-long session in the Harmonic Egg®
Cancellation Policy
Harmonic Egg® sessions are 50 minutes total in duration. This time is fixed and non-adjustable to ensure quality of the experience for all clients. Punctuality is essential. If you are late and another client is scheduled after your session, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting the next client’s session. Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice to allow us to offer the time to another client. No refunds are provided for cancellations. However, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. If we must cancel your session for any reason, we will provide at least 24 hours' notice when possible and contact you via email, phone, and/or text message.
